Window in an old church . . . and tree branches closeup. . .
Stepping back to reveal more one can see the same reflection. This is what I saw with my eyes that always look for a photo opportunity. Although one can see the reflection in the first shot better, I like including the pillars as a frame to highlight the reflection. Go here to find more reflections from this meme:

PS I don't understand how to join this group so I will just link to them IN CASE YOU DO and do my own thing.
I like the second one!
ReplyDeleteJust click on the 'click here to enter' link that's below the thumbnails on James' blog. Then add the url of your post and a title and select the photo you want to show up. It's really easy.
Oh, this is a different window shape in the reflection! I'm very fond of wonky reflections. :)
ReplyDeleteI think the glass of the window must have an unusual shape to give this result.; Great catch, and you were right to want to show the columns framing the picture, they are beautyful!
ReplyDeleteI think linking to a site is fine....gives the author credit and if anyone wants to go there and see more participants they can....I take a lot of photos of Churches and their architectural elements...always great to catch a reflection and frame the view.

And of course I like the stairs, too, seemingly climbing to the reflection. Is the window concave? It made for an interesting reflection.
ReplyDeleteWonderful reflection and the architecture of the church reminds me of Westminster Cathedral in London.
