Down on the Columbia. . .



As I approach the bridge, it looks like a plane is headed right for it but instead,
it is heading for the Portland International Airport, across the river.

No action on the eastern side of the bridge . . .

              Just one small cabin cruiser taking advantage of the nice day.


                             The fishing pier is quiet since they closed it down. . .


            On the way back towards home I spotted these wildflowers going to seed:



                                          They are just as beautiful now!

  4. It seems that the crowds are somewhere else, Paulie. Soon Breckenridge will be the same - very quiet. I love seed heads, too.
