What's that noise?

I was taking photos of the other side of the waterway in Port Orchard/Bremerton area with its fog and clouds and colorful houses when I heard this loud noise. . .
I looked  to my left, zoomed in and spotted the speed boat crashing through the water.  The tree reflections aren't half bad either!   The mist hung on all day long.  CLICK on photos for  details.

  1. I adore this kind of landscape, with all those greys, the fog, the trees looking like japanese shadows...Sure this boat must have been disturbing among all this visual poetry!!

  2. It looks like a dreamscape, Paulie - it also looks too chilly for a speed boat!

  3. Yes, I like the reflections in the water. I love the green trees. Are those Hemlocks or Norfolk Pine?

  4. A fine effect indeed. It must be nice to have a property along that stretch of water. Except for the noise of course :-)
